A new ergonomic, sturdy design with chains enclosed in the tower frame ensures safer operation. Standard features include: illuminated adjustable (0-7) LED top & bottom wrap counters, top overwrap control, anti-static film rollers, cycle pause, variable speed controls for both turntable and carriage, upgraded photo-eye to see most dark loads, plus EZ-Load Powered Pre-Stretch, maximizing stretch film usage.
The ARPAC Pro-Elite Series is often purchased with the Wrap-N-Weigh feature that combines wrapping and weighing operations. A precision scale and digital controls are integrated into the machine, bringing more excellent economy and efficiency to any wrapping operation requiring weighing.
This 4,000 lb. capacity system is available with a high-profile turntable for forklift loading or a low-profile turntable for pallet-jack loading.

[LongDescription] => The ARPAC Electro-Wrap EW Series is a semi-automatic, rotary tower pallet wrapper designed and manufactured to offer a trouble-free solution for the end of your packaging line.
The system operation begins as the pallet load is positioned under the Electro-Wrap rotary arm. The film is manually attached to the pallet load and then starts the stretch wrapping cycle. The Film-Saver unwinds the film and passes it through a series of rollers, simultaneously pre-stretching the material common to this type of wrapping operation.
The film saver carriage travels up the tower and then back down, ensuring the load or product is properly and evenly wrapped and secured. As soon as the wrapping sequence is completed, the film is automatically cut and manually wiped onto the load to secure the film tail. Once the film tail is secured, the wrapped load can be removed, and the cycle can be repeated.

[LongDescription] => The ARPAC Pac-Series heavy-duty conveyorized automatic turntable stretch wrapping system provides superior performance around-the-clock. Ideal for high-speed conveyorized production lines, this inline system indexes pallet loads automatically into and out of the wrap zone and discharges loads without operator assistance.
At the end of the wrap cycle, the wipe arm aligns the film with the clamp arm. Once the clamp arm captures the film, the hot wire cuts the film, and the wipe arm makes a secondary motion, wiping the film onto the load to prevent film tails from unraveling.
Rugged power roller conveyors are used for passing loads through the Pac-Series wrap zone. These conveyors are driven by ANSI chains and are guarded with heavy gauge formed sheet metal.
The Pac-Series can be manufactured with several performance enhancements. The Roping device is used as a replacement for belly straps and stabilizes the load, and a Top Sheet Dispenser covers the top of the pallet with film for additional product protection from moisture.

[LongDescription] => The ARPAC Sidewinder is part of a robust line of stretch wrapping equipment designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the very best load unitization. All equipment is constructed with heavy gauge reinforced structural steel and finished with non-corrosive Steel-It paint, guaranteeing years of reliable wrapping.
The ARPAC Sidewinder is a heavy-duty semi-automatic stretch wrapper with 4,000 lb. capacity. This model is available with a high-profile turntable for forklift loading and a low-profile turntable for pallet-jack loading.
The Sidewinder can be customized with extended towers for taller loads and split frames for odd-sized larger loads. This system is also available with a 30" film carriage and dual turntables for greater throughput, cold and freezer packs for reliable operation in extremely harsh temperatures, and a pneumatic roping device for additional load support. For more efficiency, an Automatic Film Tear Device (AFTD) tears the film automatically at the end of the wrapping cycle.
