The Heat Seal Shipmate skin machine is a mid-size packager used for less demanding applications and smaller card sizes. Some features of the Heat Seal Shipmate include its variable speed vacuum turbine, built-in diagnostics, and system monitoring, Spirad "instant on" heating elements, automatic cooling fans, adjustable pre-heat, heat hold, and cooling time function. It also has a pneumatic air cylinder-driven film frame and an automatic hot wire film cut-off. It can also be used as a thermoforming machine and coupled with a die cutter to create your own blisters.
